Gary Houston - Founder
Gary Houston has been mentoring, fostering and developing people in the workplace for over 30 years. He speaks to youth and to businesses about removing obstacles in getting new people into the workplace and onto successful trajectories. He also currently works for Valero Energy as the Senior Manager of Asphalt Sales for Northern California.

Sallie Houston – Board of Directors
Sallie has been mentored and trained many young people in the workplace. She has operated at the Board level on several industry associations and non-profit organizations. She is recognized nationally and internationally in her industry (watch her introduction video here). She currently works for Arkema/RoadScience as their Business Development Manager.

Michael Hutchings
Michael is keenly interested in helping fill entry level job openings in the manufacturing sector.. Mike has travelled extensively across the United States and Canada for 30+ years providing solutions and expertise. Michael currently works for Clysar, LLC of Clinton, Iowa as their Director of Strategic Development.

Kristianne Condell
Kristianne entered the workforce with little support and few plans. Kristianne attended Sonoma State in California and earned an associates degree in Applied Sciences. Plucked out of Home Depot she became an expert working in a laboratory before moving into business management. Kristianne has continued her development and growth working in cybersecurity for GridSME as their Operations Manager. Kristianne also sits on the Board for the Animal Outreach for the Motherlode in Sacramento, CA.
